What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate existing resource management initiatives and devise strategies for enhancement
- Oversee daily project operations to ensure appropriate and efficient resource allocation, while developing contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions
- Conduct cost assessment and analysis to offer insights into the distribution of man-hours and tasks concerning project pricing and margins
- Manage data analysis and review processes to ensure timely delivery of reports and project deliverables by teams, meeting client SLAs efficiently and accurately
- Handles a spectrum of complex issues by leveraging analytical insights from various data sources, including overseeing data integration efforts, refining training methodologies, and streamlining operational processes
- Develop checklists, tracking tools, and templates to ensure adherence to data quality control standards, while also conceiving plans and visualization tools for projects in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate across diverse teams and stay abreast of industry changes to consistently propose best-in-class media insights reports and deliverables for clients while ensuring uniformity in methods, tools, approaches, procedures, and standards across all roles and levels.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Professional Services and Enterprise teams
- Maintain continuous and close communication across teams to ensure prompt execution, delivery, and archival of any changes to deliverables
- Conduct regular strategic meetings with stakeholders to review project trends and margins
- Oversee vendor selection, negotiation of contracts, monitor costing, performance evaluation, and resolution of issues, ensuring compliance with agreements and optimal vendor relationships
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a communication, marketing, or media-related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an analytical, product/project management, or customer-facing role.
- Relevant industry experience in media insights, reporting & analytics, media agencies & public relations, or digital marketing & communications.
- Preferred experience working with Enterprise clients.
- Strong skills in quality management and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Experience collaborating with vendors and/or third-party providers.
- Proficiency in vendor management, with a knack for negotiation, management, and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Willingness to embrace the best of both worlds with our hybrid work schedule. This role requires you to be in the office 3 days a week
- The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.
